Nonviolent Communication/Effective Communication Techniques
The subtle values and choices that shape our communication style at work, at school, in the family or anywhere else, may actually trigger change, help increase or decrease the quality of life anywhere we go and/or reproduce life through projection.
Our communication style in any relationship has an impact on both ourselves and those we communicate with.
The communication process consists of choices that we make. Developing an awareness of choices is our responsibility.
In my trainings I basically rely on techniques developed by Marshall Rosenberg and Thomas Gordon. I present these techniques that both rely on the unprecedented humanistic theory developed by Carl Rogers, through games, role play and other fun activities enabling participants to learn through experience.
